Shipping Policy

How much does it cost to ship my order? Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual and dimensional weight of your order and your shipping destination and shipping option you choose. When you arrive at your shopping cart page, you will see a shipping options section. There you will be able to view and choose your shipping options and the charges associated with each method. Please be sure to let us know your required by date so that we may contact you if your chosen method will not meet your required by date.

How long will it take to receive my order? Orders placed for in stock merchandise items will be shipped in one to two business days. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen, and the ultimate shipping destination. If you have a specific required by date we'll be happy to accommodate it, just let us know when you need your order by contacting us via e-mail at info@canadianfloraldepot.com or by calling our client sales and support department at 1-514-365-5117. If there is a backorder, or your required by date cannot be met, we'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss the options. If you are unclear as to which option will best meet your needs please contact us.

Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and the shipping method you select.

We may split your order into more than one shipment, depending on the availability of each product. If your order is split you will not be charged for the extra delivery, although your shipping charges may be split over the various invoices.

Carriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, we will leave you a delivery notification card with further details and a pick up location. For your own security, please bring proper photo identification when you pick up your order.
